If you do the work, defined as completing 75% or more of the weekly videos, daily exercises, and group coaching sessions, and are not satisfied with your progress at the end of the program, I will refund your entire investment.
I aim to keep groups around five people. This is the size I have found allows for each participant to have time to share and receive coaching, as well as develop connections with other participants. Enrollment is rolling, and groups are started as I have people to fill them. If you have enrolled, I will communicate with you about the estimated timeline for your start date, and give you details as groups are filled.
Mental Fitness is a measure of the strength of your positive mental muscles (Sage) versus the negative (Saboteur).
Saboteurs react to challenges in ways that generate negative emotions such as stress, disappointment, self-doubt, shame, anger, judgement, jealousy, or worry.
Your Sage handles challenges through positive emotions like empathy, gratitude, curiosity, creativity, self-confidence, and calm, clear-headed, laser-focused action.
The relative strength of your positive Sage versus your negative Saboteurs is called Positive Intelligence Quotient (PQ).
